Myt - Music Player & Videos - Terms of Use

Last updated: September 10, 2026
Important: Myt - Music Player & Videos is a playback and organization application. It does not provide a facility to download, save, convert, extract, rip, or redistribute third-party audio or video files.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Myt - Music Player & Videos application ("App") and related services operated by iStormers Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Myt Does

Myt is designed to help users discover, browse, organize, and play publicly available media through supported third-party services. Features may include searching for videos, browsing public playlists, playing selected videos, and maintaining a personal library of items that the user chooses to save or organize within the App.

The App may allow users to create and organize personal playlists or libraries and, where supported, import playlist information from compatible third-party services. These organization features refer to media references and playback information; they do not create ownership of the underlying third-party media.

3. Streaming and Playback

Third-party video content is played through the applicable third-party playback technology and service. For YouTube content, the App uses the YouTube embedded-player technology, including the youtube-ios-player-helper library, to load and control the YouTube player inside the App.

The App is intended for online playback. Playback requires an internet connection and is subject to the availability, embedding permissions, restrictions, and policies of the applicable third-party service.

4. No Downloading or Media Extraction

Myt does not provide a feature for users to download, save, export, convert, rip, extract, or otherwise obtain standalone copies of third-party audio or video content.

The App does not intentionally provide access to the underlying third-party media files for independent use. A saved item in a user's library or playlist is a reference used to organize and access playback; it is not a downloaded copy of the media.

Users must not attempt to use the App, its interfaces, or any associated service to circumvent playback restrictions, extract media streams, or create unauthorized copies of third-party content.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may display or provide access to content and information supplied by third-party services. Such content remains under the control and ownership of its respective providers and rights holders.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content merely because the App makes it searchable, viewable, playable, or organizable. Availability of a video or playlist in the App does not constitute an endorsement by us of the content or a representation that we own or license every item made available by a third-party service.

Your use of third-party services through the App is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those services. You are responsible for using the App and third-party content in accordance with applicable law and those terms.

6. User Library and Playlists

The App may allow you to add media references to a personal library, mark items as favorites, and organize those references into playlists. These features are intended solely for personal organization and playback access.

Saving a reference in the App does not transfer copyright, ownership, or any other intellectual-property right in the referenced content to you or to the Company.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual-property rights in third-party content belong to their respective owners. We respect the rights of copyright holders and do not authorize users to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit third-party content in violation of applicable rights.

If you believe that content accessible through the App infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the relevant content and the rights allegedly affected. Where appropriate, we may restrict or remove access to a reference or feature.

8. Advertising

The App may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers. Advertising helps support the operation and availability of the App. Advertising does not grant the Company ownership of, or rights in, the third-party media that may be played through the App.

9. Availability

Third-party content, playlists, search results, and playback may become unavailable or may be restricted by the relevant provider or rights holder. We do not guarantee that any particular third-party video, playlist, channel, or other media item will remain available.

10. Disclaimer

The App and third-party content accessed through it are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or continued availability of third-party content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, practices, or actions of third-party services accessed through the App, or for a user's misuse of third-party content.

12. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App and may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on this page, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
